No service

We got a new CAT s60 2 months back and it says that the phone is water proof for up to 5 meters so the phone got wet via rain and water got inside the phone and we took it back then they said the fixed it after 2 weeks, a person from CAT phones was in the shop with us and he tested the phone and threw it in a bucket of water in the store and the next day the same problem occurred today we are struggling with support to find out where the phone is we phoned the guy from CAT he said he is waiting for the phone to get to them and the phone has been there a week and nothing has been done.
