No service

I had agreed to a Cell C contract over the phone, all was well and although i was not happy about my deliveries not coming at the same time...i accepted it. On friday just after 17:00 when i wanted to get my contract started i decided to call the 084 145 no. & to my surprise, they dont work over the weekend. How can such a big company not even consider that their sales department should have at least a standby for weekends? Do they think problems/issues happen only during the week? This is very disappointing to me because now for the whole weekend I have a cell phone & tablet that i cant even use! This is just unacceptable...NO STANDBY PERSON FOR SALES DEPARTMENT FOR WEEKENDS?!......So Cell C does it really care about its customers? Is Cell C saying they only care about some of their customers and not all? Because other departments are available.....why not this one? Are my issues not important? I honestly didnt expect that...So disappointed :(
