No Router
Good Morning
Looks like this is the only way that cell c actually communicate with a person.
I received my Mecer laptop in June 2022, but with no LTE router as part of the promotion. I have contacted cell c numerous times with regards to this and I still have not received my LTE router.
Please can someone get back to me, I am tired of trying with Cell C now. I want to start my own business and this is holding me back big time.

I am now even more unhappy.
On 10 June 2022, 2 days after I received my laptop, I phoned and said I didn't receive my router. The lady still said to me it was on back order and will still be delivered. You can go check your records, as all your calls are recorded!!!
I then sent a email on 15 June 2022 to customer services and no one came back to me.
Today, after complaining on Hello Peter on 14/07/2022, a lady finally phoned me and said no the router were delivered and I signed for it.
As per your policy, we have 7 days to phone and let you guys know when we did not receive anything in the box. I did that and now its over a month later and I am still waiting.
Please get back to me, as I need the router I am paying for!
