No return loyalty
After being a loyal customer for over 20 years. I never supported any other networks. I am due for an upgrade on 2 of my contracts, however Cell C is unable to assist me because am under debt review. Bear in mind that both my current accounts with CellC is in advance (overpaid). And 2 years ago i was also under debt review but was still able to upgrade. I am horrified. Cell C just lost a loyal customer due to silly policies and red. No flexibility
