No response until now, since January about my cell

I have lost my cellphone in December and Csurance,finrite are cellc insurance that I have took my samsung galaxy note with since I know if I lost my phone it can be replaced by them. I have submitted all the required documentation through finrite, and confirmed by Delwan Booysens that finrite has received my claim. I have made a follow up and sent my latest email on the 05 March 2016 asking about my claim but I never got a response. So I want finrite with Csurance to finalise my claim as I need a cellphone, I have never missed any monthly installment for almost 1,5 years since I took the cellphone contract. I can olny be contacted vie email since I left the country to work overseas and been waiting for this claim to be finalised but never got response until I left.
