No response to urgent query
2 weeks ago I submitted an urgent query to cell c regarding the fact that after getting an upgrade I know suddenly have 3 contracts. I submitted everything they asked for, including an affidavit. I received an email from them on the 5 April saying someone would get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I phoned this morning - and they have no reference of this matter, despite an email from them with an incident number. It is now almost the end of the month again, where i'll be triple debited.
