No response to query raised on 17 Aug

Cell C Customer Care Case Number : *** - This query was raised on 17 August and no response has been received yet. The fact that I raised an issue about the sloppy marketing SMS received from Cell C and the fact that 4 days later I still haven't received a response, does not reflect good customer service, so even if I was thinking about switching providers, it defenitely won't be to Cell C.
