No response regarding my complaint.
I lodged a complaint and I still haven't received a response as yet. I went to a branch, sent emails, even called them but still nothing. This is really frustrating. I do not have a contract with Cell C. Someone app**** for a contract using my documents and I don't know how it was approved without my signature or consent. Can someone help investigate the matter. The service is really pathetic.

I tried calling yesterday, I wasted my airtime because I was taken from pillar to post. This is really ridiculous and frustrating.
