NO RESPONSE : *** - URGENT - LETTER REQUESTED
Hi there
Please help – I have trying since the 11th May and CELL C has not responded to me with a letter to state there is a NIL balance on this account.
Please advise urgently….

I was finally contacted yesterday by a lady claiming she was going to look into the matter and get back to me in a bit - but a whole day later and still no response.
How can it be so hard to get a letter saying that the account is closed and there is no amount owing ?
Please can i have some assistance with this ?
