NO RESPONSE ON URGENT MATTER

I took out a NEW contract from Cell C - I asked for my current Cell C number to be ported on the NEW contract number as I wanted to keep my number.<br> <br> I have today ALONE reported this matter times to the Sales Dept at Cell C - each person telling me they will sort it out and a Manager will call me back !!!!! I'M STILL WAITING!!!<br> <br> The number I wanted to be ported now says \number does not exist"when someone tries to call me"
