No response on new Application.

Contract Application No Response

I made an application online via the Call Centre on Wednesday the 3rd June 2026 around 14:43 and spoke a consultant by the name of Mohale, who assisted with the application and told me that i will be called back to do verification, however since that day i have not been contacted at all, i called the Call Centre on Saturday the 6th June 2026 and i was told that the contract is still pending and the request will be sent to Mohale as he is not at work that time and so that he can call me back to assist further with the application, i waited and still no contact on Saturday, i called again Today and still got the same lame excuse that Mohale is not at work yet and he will call me back to assist with the application when he comes to work.

Maybe i do not know how Cell C works, so i can only be assisted by the consultant that made an application, which means if he is not at work or off sick there is no service that i will receive, i am really disappointed on how i have been treated by Cell C, If they did not want to assist they should just tell me then i will apply with other network providers.
