No response on my report

Well I logged a case on the 23rd of June which was last week with the ref no *** and no feed back I phoned Friday for a response and the one agent told me that before 5 o clock ill receive feedback on my report then I phoned on Monday and I asked for feedback on my report and non what so ever and the agent told me who logged the case it takes two days to resolve any case then Friday it was 5 days and Monday they told me a month every time it's a new story making me a stupid over the phone telling me lies....I sincerely hope that you can get someone to resolve me case ASAP and they said Chantel is handling my case and I rate cell C on costumer serve a 0
