no response on my application for refund of R1501.

i had a contrcat with cell c where on the 13th January 2015 i made an EFT payment of R1501.00 for my monthly subscription for January and i further paid R6230.00 for early cancellation of the contrcat and on the 15th January 2015 cell c debited R1501.00 from my account for january subscription. on the 16th January 2015 i made a request for refund for the debited R1501.00 i was told it will take 7 working days for them to refund my money, when i made a follow up after 7 working days i was told they would get someone to give me a call till today i havent had anything from cell c when i call being that an agent will give a call i am not service. please help.
