No response on case no ***

In January I received a sms notifying me of a sim swap that I had not requested myself. I had been told a case was lodged and I have yet to receive any feed back even after my numerous attempts to call in and get feed back. I'm terribly disappointed with the level of service I have received. And I was charged for this sim swap and no refund has taken place due to the outstanding case.
