No response, *********** staff

Terrible service, *********** staff who work there. The accounts department doesn’t know how to allocate payments. We cancelled our contract, they still charged us then sent the debt collector on us. I’ve sent over and over all the proof of payments. Half of cell c tells me, we paid up…the other half says we owe money….the other half says cell c needs to refund us…but yet the debt collector calling me. I even got confirmation on email that payment been processed and they will send me a confirmation letter within 2 days, it’s been 2 weeks. You cannot call them because staff is not trained and doesn’t know how to do anything, you have to email but they ghost you.

Don’t ever take a contract out with cell c….there a reason their “packages” look good, it’s to catch you.
