No response - *********** legal department

<p>My account was handed over for collections, forget about the reasons it went there cause even today I'm still resentful about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid my accont in full and i was sent the letter which indicated that my account is paid in full. However I also requested a detailed statement of all th payments I made. I was sent frpm pillar to post. Customer service said I shout call Legal department. I was calling the legal department everyday but all the times it's one story after the other. Till today I dont have statement indicating the transactions of the amount I was paying every month. How difficult can this be unless the whole legal department is ***********?</p>
