No Response from this company !!!
I have app**** for a Cell C Contract with you guys over the phone on the 2nd Feb 2023. They then said that I will receive a confirmation call on the 3rd for the order. The confirmation dept said they tried calling me but I received no call. No missed calls. Nothing. When I called in today I was told I'll get a call but up until now still nothing !!!
What is the hold up! I need my phone ASAP or cancel this deal!

06 Feb 2023, 13:59My calls are recorded. I'm not afraid to hand it over to my attorneys. I was told that they tried to call me to confirm this order and I didn't answer. My phone was on me all day and no calls were received or missed!
So who is lying to who? Why was I told that after the call my application will be finalized?
Should I proceed to my attorneys and even take you and the call centre agent who told me otherwise, to court?!

You guys literally have no sympathy whatsoever even though all of this is misleading and miscommunication from yourls end !!

I AM PROCEEDING TO SUING YOU GUYS!
