No response from my last complaint so let me start again maybe someone might help

In January you over charged me which caused my debit to return unpaid, I sent emails to your company but no one assisted every month I was told it still being investigated until you guys blocked my number, I then decided to pay the full amount, never mind the trauma and bank charges I have incurred (which I still want my money), please bring my number back as prepaidi can not afford to loose that number.if you did your job in January we would not be in this situation, you can call me on the number appearing here since you have now decided to block my number
