No Response from Mpho

After my complaint about Cell C service, I received a email from Mpho Ndlovu saying how sorry Cell C is about my experience and how important Customers are to them. Well this is nonsense as I had no reply to my reply to this email. . On the 16/01/2016 I rep**** to Mpho Ndlovu and ask if Cell C could rather upgrade my phone to a Iphone 6 plus as I lost all trust in the Iphone 5C. The last replacement in November lasted 2months.<br> <br> Cell C thinks that if it responds with nice words and clich?s then people will believe them. Not so! Your actions will speak harder than these meaningless sentences about how you value your customers. How about just answering your emails?<br> <br> For the second time I am not impressed with the service received from Cell C!
