No response from legal department as promises

I have log a complain regarding my account that haver been suspended and the agent told me that legal department will contact me with in 24 to 48 hours. up to date and time there has been no response. I have in this morning and the lady told me that they will contact me with in 1 hour and it is now 2.5 hours later. i did phone again and spoke to an other lady and she said that she will escalate to her team leader so that she can re-escalate it to legal. Luckily all my call are recorder and i have proof of every call that has been made.

I have been a client from Cell C for several years now and never had any problems but now it shows me something differed.
