NO RESPONSE FROM ***** DEPARTMENT
Cell C LISTED MY ID FOR ***** INVESTIGATION AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL THEM ON THEIR *** ***** DEPARTMENT, THERE'S NO ANSWER. I NEED THIS FLAG REMOVED BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT ME. I LOST MY ID SO SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE TRIED THEIR LUCK AND THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT HISTORY.

I'm now told by the Credit Bureau that my ID number is listed for *****. I've sent the affidavit an ID copy to have this removed.
