No response from Cell C on Hellopeter complaint

I've logged a complaint on Hellopeter.com on 23/09/2015 against Cell C on behalf of my husband, and received a very speedy response to say that the complaint was in the right hands and will be sorted out. Since then, no one from Cell C has tried contacting myself or my husband and our issue is still unresolved since June 2015. Can someone at Cell C please take ownership and contact Mr H.S. Louw on *** to resolve the issue regarding the 2 cell phones of my daughters that was taken out on his name and which are giving us endless problems? We handed in the one phone with nr *** on 20 June 2015 by Cell C in Tygervalley where they took in the phone for repairs and even gave my daughter a loan phone. Now suddenly no one is aware of it and the phone is no where to be found. They informed us that my other daughter's phone with nr *** is the one that was handed in and that the nr *** was blacklisted, but no one can give a reason why. My husband gets sent from pillar to post and no one at Cell C is prepared to take ownership or even has the decency to contact him back after numerous requests to do so. This is not TCF!
