No response from Cell C - now line suspended

I have contacted Cell C on 5 different occasions since June ( I have all the reference numbers) to make arrangements to pay for my contract after they failed to cap my data line and to date no-one has contacted me!!! Now they decided to suspend my line! This is outrageous! I am taking responsibility for their mess up in the first place and the least they can do is make contact! every time I called I was told that someone from the correct department will call me, but nothing! and each time I called back with the previous ref #, I was told the case has been \RESOLVED"HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???? This is unacceptable! Someone needs to call me urgently to \""RESOLVE\"" this issue once and for all. """
