No Response from Cell C

Good Day

During 2018 I settled my Cell C account 100%. There was a company called Blake and Associates that use to call me to make settlement arrangements. Blake and Associates told me within 7 working days I will receive a paid up letter from Cell C. Every time I called Cell C they told me to deal with Blake and Associates. During 2019 Blake and associates became tired of lying and sent me a temp paid up letter from their company which meant nothing.

When I call them they told me I have to deal with Cell C and they are not dealing with me anymore.

It is now mid 2020 and still no paid up letter from Cell C. I called Cell C numerous times to get a paid up letter . Every time they mention that someone will contact me and still nothing. They dont have the decency in updating my credit bureau or sending me that paid up letter.

I call Cell C every second day and they still give me the run around . No one has the right answers. and no one attends to my emails form Cell C. Up until now no one had the decency to sort this out.
