No response from Cell C AGAIN!

I have taken out a new line with Cell C - My details on the contract was wrong. I have been call for 2 days back and forth just for an amended contract which i need asap for work purposes. They have yet not responded. When i called yesterday, was transferred back and forth a number of times, to which at some point i stressed to the consultant my frustration. I dont know how difficult it is just so send an amended cover page of a contract! The service to get a sale is quick, but the after sale service is pathetic!!!
