NO RESPONSE EVEN NOW !!!!

<p>Im EXTREMELY DISGUSTED by the so called DERRICK .he provided a disgusting so called reponse,he was incompatible,doesnt listen to my dispute-as a customer im always right yet to him he spoke so arrogantly his tone said "i dnt really give a **** you must just keep paying for that cancelled service "" HELL NO!!!!.</p> <p>I am so disappointed in the kind of service i received from DERRICK .he refused that i speak to his superiors.</p> <p>Cell c being such a big branch yet giving me So called derrick that lacks proper communication s****s,nor aleast a better attitude towards customers .he doesnt even try to go an extra mile in helpresolving my dispute .he doent even know the escallation process of a query is .</p> <p>please be advised that i am in customer service myself and am aware of all the query /escallation channels.employees that speak to client like this so called derrick dnt deserve to resolve queries </p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate if a queries manager would be in contact with me before this gets out of hand in other avenues of the social media</p>
