no response at all on a case of *****

On old years eve I received my debit order notifications and to my surprise I see one from cell c amount 194.<br> 99 and I have never had a cell c account. On the 3rd of Jan 2016 I went to query thus at a mall in my area to be told someone has opened an account in my name and I must call the call centre.so I must waste my air time because of this nonsense.I went to the police station to get an affidavit and went back to cell c they gave me a ref no. And the manager was rude.i opened a case of ***** and at the police station they called the centre to hear where there main office is situated and the lady then asked why.so I explained to her and she was very helpful to me. This was on the 6th. Today 8th I receive a phone call from the same lady telling me the case is finished..I'm not done with cell c as I requested the voice recording and the proof of identification that the person must of given when the phone was delivered and want to know where the phone was delivered because this person used my ****en name (I'm married 2 years ) and used my bank details and ID number. I can't believe this and no one has got back to me but the case is finished.I demand immediate action and contact
