No response and no help but faithfully take money
I’m paying for a 20 mbps fibre line and getting less than 1 mbps. I lodged a complaint and no one has come back to me my case number is cs045756. No response no help but my account gets debited faithfully yet when cells breaches a contract their is no recourse. This is not my first complaint.
