No Response again

I have been trying to make sure my contract is cancelled as this is the last month of the two years. Keep getting through to the same people in the customer service department who tell me to go to the business department as its a corporate contract. The number they give me takes me back to the normal customer service department. Its driving me crazy. They tell me they'll Email on my behalf and someone will contact me and nobody does. Cancel my contract and make sure no more money taken from my account. Please.
