No response after waiting for 4 days
I called cell c on Friday in regards with airtime that disappears from my phone, no one could explain why my airtime disappeared after recharging coz my settings was correct and my data was off. A lady by the name of Patricia logged my query and said they will get back to me in 24hrs, I am still waiting for a response from cell c and no one has come back to me with feedback on what happened with my airtime.
