No response after Moses told me legal will call me

Moses phoned my husband and told my husband that he will discuss the matter with legal.<br> He admitted that he can do nothing about the matter and he only communicate as instructed.<br> Moses admitted he did not take the complaint serious and he did not followed up on the matter.<br> My husband told him in that case he would need to communicate with legal department. <br> Moses agreed and said he will follow up.<br> <br> Moses phoned back minutes later and confirmed that legal will contact us asap.<br> It has been two weeks without any response.<br> <br> It is obvious that Cell C do not respect me as a client and do not want to look into this matter.<br> They have made a decition without taking all facts into account.<br> This matter has set me and my private business back as my clients / prospected clients / family can't get hold of me.<br> <br> I would like Cell C to take this matter serious and look at all facts and not only selective information. All conversations with Cell C has been recorded and they tend to sidestep these recordings and communication, arrangements done by me.<br> <br> A month later we haven't received any positive feedback, in fact legal has not contacted us once as promised.<br> We need this to be resolved ASAP.
