No response after more than a month

My query I think it was *** on the day had been lodged on 13 Oct 2015. I got a call from Cell C with clear instructions to book my phone in. Firstly they couldn't book the fone in after a week eventually the phone was send to the repair center. It had been with the repair center for almost a month. No one is keeping me updated and when requesting feedback at the regional offices they playing the blame game for who dealt with the fone. Can I please have the details for the CEO of Cell C? I cannot pay for a phone that's not in use.
