No response after many calls to call centre

Phoned call centre three times in two weeks. Every time they promise they will get back to me. With a four call I got a reference nr and after a month still no follow up! The sms said someone will come back to me in 48 hours! I have billing enquiries. Charged R30 for 2sec calls, and 5sec calls, and 10sec calls to my own number! No one can tell me why or what that is! My contract exprired beginning of Aug and I will definitely not renew. Good luck to all the people that Cell C is buying out of their contracts with other operators!! Absolute poor service!
