No response after 2 weeks

2 weeks ago I logged a complaint on your website pretaining poor coverage and the struggle to make and receive calls when I am at home. I am not in a Block of flats that the concrete block my signal. I stand outside my house and then I have sort of signal. According to your website my residence is in good coverage. <br> A lady called me and ask more details.<br> I asked her to e-mail me the reference number for the complaint and till today I have not received anything.<br> Last night I missed a call and my help were required in an emergency. (Time 22:34). At 05:31 I woke up with 8 sms's. 3 of them were about missed calls and voice mails.<br> Why making promises our the [URL Removed] site about how good your reception is and I have not signal?<br> How will this concern been rectified?
