No response

I have called in to place a second order on the mi-fi device on offer as I am a existing client of cell c. Consultant stated the line was successfully added and Will be delivered latest by Thursday the 24 March. Since then, no response from cell c. When I called in, it's stating it's in validation now and not approved. It's been in validation for 3 days now. The consultants that I speak to rather hang up the phone or transfer me to my initial consultant with no success. The consultant who assisted me said nothing about validating and waiting so long. Such a disappointment as I always have to make a complaint to be assisted.
