I contacted cell c from december 2014 regarding my upgrade. I asked to continue with the same data plan of 1G per month. I got the new contract with 100mb data and is charged extra for data. Instead of paying R450 per month it is close to R2000 per month. everybody promise to get back, I still didn't get feedback about the voice recording that they would listen to. Psiso from head office also didn't get back to me as promised.
