Hi please that I hav posted on ur page on the 29th of May and one cellc rep claimed to have contacted me regarding the post. Please be aware that even since then no agent has bothered to contact me. I dont understand what is happening. Can you please provide me with the nr for a ombudsman for me to take the matter further pls
