No Response

I had a contract with cell c that was cancelled about a year ago. Today i received a sms on my mtn number stating that my new cell c contract is almost approved. If i did not apply for the contract I must contact 084 151. I spole to Tshepiso and he doesn't seem to undestand what I'm on about. I placed on hold for almost five without any communication from Tshepiso and next thing the call got cut
