No response

I have a problem with cell c giving me a contract that i did not want and when i call they akways say they will call back and they never do, lately a consultant by the name Moses Mo***eng has always been sending me emails claiming that he call and not get hold of me so i should give him my alternative number but when i do he never call and before he claim to have called i always get messages with a ref no but no one is assisting me. I will not pay any charges except 4 those that i agreed to, and should they block my number i will change my network and never pay their cash
