This company does not care at all!! I have submitted a claim form and no word! No response whatsoever. I have had this insurance for almost four years!! and this is my first claim. How can you hold for 30 minutes and longer. Seriously no response on e-mails and none on the phone?? where who do i need to contact to get some help.
