Dear Hellopeter

This is my third complaint about the same issue I have had with Cell C for almost a year now and they keep passing the buck so that even management does not reply to my queries and I need to get in touch with somebody superior that can make a decision and I am now looking to open a case of ***** and let it play out in court where they will have to not only commit to settling me as approved originally but legal fees as well, if you can get this complaint to someone more than just a manager or supervisor I will go and sit and strike at their head office until Carte Blanche comes to me, thank you
