NO RESPONSE 2
I WILL KEEP ON PLACING HELLOPETER COMPLAINTS UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. THIS IS NOW MY SECOND COMPLAINT! STILL NO PROPER RESPONSE ON THIS COMPLAINT. <br> MY FIRST EMAIL - My dad died of cancer and I have been trying to cancel his contract with Cell C. I have made 2 calls and was told to email all necessary documentation to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] I have subsequently send 5 mails from 23 November without any response. Please Cell C have a heart and communicate with me. Cancel the contract so that we can continue with our life. ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE PLACING THIS IS THAT A LADY CALLED ME TO ASK IF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN IN TOUCH. PLEASE CAN THIS BE SORTED.
