No response

I spoke to Adri van Heerden in the business repairs department on the 16th March to report a broken microphone on my phone. She then said she would call me back Despite messages left, she has not yet returned my call. I have asked to speak to someone else in that department, but the phones are just ringing and reception just says, there seems to be no answer. I have tried to reach the repair centre every day since the 16th March. It is highly frustrating and I need to repair my phone urgently.
