Really, Cell C just doesn't bother about their clients. A query now going for 5 months??? the last reference number I got was on 6/3/2015 to acknowledge my query (again!!!) and still no response. How can one get through to these people. Phone has been disconnected due to this query not being solved or just being rep**** to!!!??? Seems like the only way to go is through ombudsman and then media and legal. They leave me no choice. Pathetic service!!!!! (NO SERVICE!!!)
