No Respond on Reply
Why don't Cell respond on the reply from the customer after have cell c responded?
My Reply.....................on the response of cell c Good day.. my question is : I am ready to pay the 4 instalments that I am in arrears in one instalment in order to get my Contract re-instated as it was and then continue as normal. Please Can cell c do this for me?
As per the previous feedback that was provided, if you pay the amount due, we can only assist with reactivating your lines as prepaid because your lines were cancelled as your account was in arrears for over 60 days.
