No resolve
Cell c has got yet another clown to call me with a new set of stories that just proves how terrible their customer service is... at this point I dont think this matter will ever get resolved so I feel it is my duty to let everyone I know across all platforms know just how terrible cell c customer care is and hopefully save someone else from this painful ordeal in the future... thank you cell c for the ****ty service for a long time client with not 1 but 2 contracts gosh can only imagine how other clients are treated

According to our system, on the 24th of January 2019 you were contacted regarding the complaint where you loaded a 3GB data bundle which was not reflecting on the data balance, you were then requested to email the recharge confirmation SMS for further assistance.
You have not sent the email as you were requested then on the 19th of this month another consultant contacted you after receiving your review, which was about the same issue you complained about previously, the consultant requested you to send the confirmation SMS as you were requested previously. You told him to load back the data whether you cannot get the confirmation SMS then you released the call.
