No Repsonse from Galleria Cell C

I got a phone on contract at Galleria Mall, the bought the screen saver for R499.00. The staff said they will put it on. They did not make a mistake and had to go back, they put another one on and the same thing happened. I then requested my money back. I had to fill on a form and they said I will receive my money within 7 days. It has been way over a month now and i have sent numerous emails. The manager only send me one email back and no response fro the rest. Pathetic service from that store and still have not received my money back. Please email me, I am not in the country
