No reponse on upgrade request

I have send an email to cfibresupport on Thursday the 20th of February to upgrade my 50mbps/50mbps fibre line to 100mbps/100mbps. I have stated that the monthly amount should stay the same at R1199 because of the fibre drop in price last year. I am currently paying R1199 for my 50mbps line. Have send 2 more emails and a cell c representative has also send emails and just no one respond to the upgrade request. Terrible service. I do notice that the cell c fibre rating has dropped significant in the last 2 year. Maybe it is a good time to move to another ISP.
