NO REPLY TO E-MAILS

<p>We are in the process to transfer all our contracts to CellC. One contract has been finalised, another contract was delayed in CellC with the porting. After complaining on this webiste, CellC finalised the porting on Friday. Today is Wednesday, buy out still not finalised. E-mail was send to Leandri and Barend - again no single reply on it. We requested on the third contract - again no reply from CellC. There is absolute no communication and don't believe CellC if they tell you that it is an easy process to port the phones - as this department does not reply to any communication.</p> <p>Guys, an investor can't do anything with regards to your poor communication - you need to take action against people who can't cope in your departments. I need to have this sorted as it is costing me money at MTN and CellC.</p>
