No reply regarding matters

I have reported a problem with Cell C months ago, and the last was 2 weeks ago, and no response received.<br> The signal at my house and surrounding areas is so bad, that you can hardly go on the internet or make a call.<br> This is nonsense, it only seems like they give attention to the Johannesburg area, and dont worry about the east rand. I have moved from Vodacom to Cell C hoping it would be better, but it is worse.
